REFUND POLICY 

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer order changes for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order is still eligible to be changed, contact our Customer Service team at cs@tatkuink.com 

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel it or modify the change within (12) hours of placing it by visiting contact us or reaching out to our Customer Service team at cs@tatkuink.com 

If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet your expectations, then you do have the option to request a refund. 

Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted. 

– If the product you purchased is completely non-functional. 

– If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date you placed your order. 

Additional non-refundable items

– Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc…

– Incorrect buyer information

– Digital image (Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display)

*Please Note: We will not accept the refund request if the customer does not like our material. The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days. 

Shipping Cost 

Your refund will include the total payment and shipping cost. You don’t need to pay any extra fee for returning or shipping. 

Damaged / Low-quality Item

To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Not satisfied with your order 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via cs@tatkuink.com. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions. 

Damaged / Low-quality Item 

If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, please kindly reach out to us via cs@tatkuink.com, including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. 

The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

– Because we have many different suppliers for each region. So we have our own size chart. Please, check our size chart before ordering. 

 WARRANTY 

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover: 

– Damage caused by accident 

– Improper care 

– Normal wear and tear
